1. Purpose
This DSA Onboarding Policy outlines the eligibility criteria, onboarding process, compliance requirements, and responsibilities for individuals and business entities seeking to register as Direct Selling Agents (DSAs) with CP Advisor (Chetan Pal Advisor Digital Pvt. Ltd).
The objective of this policy is to ensure that all DSAs are onboarded through a secure, transparent, and compliant process in accordance with applicable laws, regulatory requirements, and the company's internal policies.
2. About CP Advisor
CP Advisor Digital Pvt. Ltd. operates a technology platform that enables registered DSAs to submit customer loan applications to participating banks and Non-Banking Financial Companies (NBFCs). The company acts as a technology and distribution partner and does not itself sanction or disburse loans.
3. Eligibility Criteria
An applicant may apply for DSA registration if they satisfy the following criteria:
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Must be an Indian citizen or a legally registered business entity in India.
- Must possess valid KYC documents.
- Must have an active mobile number and email address.
- Must have a valid PAN.
- Must have a bank account in the applicant's name.
- Must agree to comply with applicable laws and CP Advisor Digital policies.

4. Required Documents
Depending on the applicant type, the following documents may be requested:

Business Applicants

5. Onboarding Process
The onboarding process generally consists of the following steps:

- Relationship Manager assignment.

6. Verification Process
CP Advisor Digital may conduct verification including:
- Identity verification
- PAN verification
- Bank account verification
- Mobile and email verification
- Business verification (where applicable)
- Document authenticity checks
- Compliance and fraud screening
Submission of false, misleading, or forged information may result in rejection or termination of the application.
7. DSA Responsibilities
Every registered DSA shall:
- Provide accurate and complete information.
- Obtain customer consent before collecting or submitting personal information.
- Explain loan products accurately without making false promises or guarantees.
- Maintain confidentiality of customer information.
- Use only approved marketing materials provided by CP Advisor Digital.
- Comply with all applicable laws, RBI guidelines, and partner bank/NBFC requirements.
- Protect login credentials and prevent unauthorized access.
- Promptly report any suspected fraud, misuse, or security incident.
8. Prohibited Activities
DSAs must not:
- Collect cash from customers unless expressly authorized in writing.
- Charge unauthorized processing or service fees.
- Misrepresent loan approvals, interest rates, or disbursement timelines.
- Submit fake or altered documents.
- Create duplicate or fraudulent loan applications.
- Misuse customer personal information.
- Share portal credentials with any third party.
- Use misleading advertisements or unauthorized branding.
Any violation may lead to suspension or permanent termination.
9. Customer Data Protection
CP Advisor Digital is committed to protecting customer information.
DSAs are required to:
- Collect only information necessary for processing applications.
- Obtain valid customer consent before sharing data.
- Maintain confidentiality of customer records.
- Use customer information solely for legitimate business purposes.
- Delete or securely dispose of customer information when no longer required, in accordance with applicable legal and contractual obligations.
10. Training and Support
Approved DSAs may receive:
- Product training
- Compliance training
- Sales guidance
- Relationship Manager support
- Portal usage assistance
- Marketing resources
Participation in mandatory compliance or product training may be required.
11. Commission and Payout
Eligible commissions shall be paid in accordance with the prevailing DSA Commission Policy.
Commission payments are subject to:
- Successful loan disbursement by the lending institution.
- Validation by the respective bank or NBFC.
- Compliance with applicable policies.
- Deduction of taxes, where applicable.
CP Advisor Digital reserves the right to revise commission structures with prior notice.
12. Suspension and Termination
CP Advisor Digital may suspend or terminate a DSA account for reasons including:
- Fraudulent activity
- Submission of false documents
- Misrepresentation
- Violation of company policies
- Regulatory non-compliance
- Data privacy violations
- Misuse of company systems
- Conduct detrimental to customers or the company
Termination may result in suspension of portal access and forfeiture of unpaid commissions where permitted under applicable agreements.
13. Policy Amendments
CP Advisor Digital reserves the right to amend this policy at any time to reflect changes in legal, regulatory, operational, or business requirements. Updated versions will be made available through the company's official communication channels or website.
