CP Advisor Refund Policy

Welcome to CP Advisor(Chetan Pal Advisor Digital Pvt. Ltd). This Refund Policy explains the terms applicable to payments made for DSA (Direct Selling Agent) onboarding and other services offered through our platform.

1. DSA Onboarding Fee

Any onboarding fee (if applicable) is collected for registration, KYC verification, compliance checks, account setup, and activation of the CP Advisor Digital Partner Portal.

2. Refund Eligibility

A refund may be considered only under the following circumstances:

  • The cancellation request is submitted before KYC verification or account processing has commenced.
  • The payment has been successfully received but the onboarding process has not yet started.
  • A duplicate payment has been made for the same registration.

All refund requests are subject to verification and approval by CP Advisor Digital Pvt. Ltd.

3. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be provided in the following situations:

  • KYC verification has been completed.
  • The DSA account has been created or activated.
  • Login credentials or dashboard access have been issued.
  • Training materials or platform access have been provided.
  • The application is rejected due to incorrect information, forged documents, or violation of company policies.
  • The applicant voluntarily discontinues the onboarding process after activation.

4. Refund Processing

If a refund request is approved:

  • The refund will be processed to the original payment method.
  • Processing may take 7–10 business days, depending on the payment gateway and banking partner.
  • Any applicable payment gateway or bank charges may be deducted where permitted.

5. Digital Services

CP Advisor Digital provides digital onboarding and technology-enabled services. Since no physical products are sold, returns or exchanges are not applicable.

To request cancellation before onboarding has commenced, please contact us with your:

  • Full Name
  • Registered Mobile Number
  • Registered Email Address
  • Payment Reference ID
  • Reason for the request
